Opening an article counts immediately. There is no 15-second requirement. Menu, like and share actions do not add content views.

Counting rules and limitations

This separate content-open measure starts on October 3, 2026. Earlier 15-second readings were not converted or added to it. Reopening the same story within one page instance and event retries count once; reloads, new pages and new tabs can count again.

Site entries count visible pages with an external or absent referrer. Referrer restrictions and reloads affect this estimate; it is not unique visitors or sessions. Minimal content-open counting covers all regions, while visible-time and scroll measurement retain their KR-confirmed scope.

Opt-outs and script blocking can omit events. Known bots and duplicate deliveries are excluded, but human identity and comprehension are not proven. We do not divide readings by views collected under different scopes.
